OK - we've found a place to live. The problem? Walter and I had to declare ch 13 bankruptcy last year. It's closed, and we're on a three-year payment plan. But our credit check says it's still open, since we're making payments.

We are one co-signer short of getting the house. We need one person with good credit to sign a co-signer agreement. We've never been late paying rent in the last 11 years - so that's not an issue.

We have to be out of here in 8 days.

Anyone want to be a super-hero?

We've received a 20 day notice to vacate. Apparently landlord wants to move in. I'll go into details later. We need moving boxes. As many as possible. Do any of you have any? Also, if you know of any 4 bedroom places for rent please let us know.

Long story short, malware was found on about 50 apps offered on the Android Marketplace. Check your phone and remove them if you have them.
